"Orphée" Spring-Summer 2019 collection

For his Spring-Summer 2019 collection, fashion designer Christophe Guillarmé decide to visit the hallucinatory realism backside of the mirror like in the movie “Orphée” of French writer/director Jean Cocteau. For him extravagant dreams from his female leading role Eurydice are not related to time and simply literature while sleeping. 
The collection is then inspired by a foggy waking dream fill with tulle fabric in the middle of a graphic chessboard. Virginal white Silk chiffon , alternate with maxi abstract printed in beige nude outline with red and azure.
IIllusion is also seen in a flowery branch printed on jersey and covered with tulle embroidered with bugs.
An awaken glam dream as a timeless allegory.
